I started seeing Dr. Lau in 2018 when she was connected to NYU Langone I believe. I was experiencing issues with my stomach and esophagus and she was the first doctor to get down to the cause of my pain. She diagnosed me with eosinophilic esophagitis after a endoscopy. It's been 8 years and I just had a follow up with her. She listened to all my concerns and what's been happening since my last exam. She scheduled a endoscopy the very next day. The only thing I did not like was I did not speak with the doctor before discharged just to say if the procedure went well. I don't know if she did a biopsy or just looked with the camera. Overall my experience was pleasant. The location is hard if you drive or live out of state.

Dr. Lau was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent recommendations and helpful suggestions. She also had great bedside manner and made the visit a positive experience.
